About
Medlock Holts publishes dark British fiction: folk horror and crime. No gloss, no comfort: real landscapes, ordinary lives, and something very wrong underneath.
Christopher Kennedy writes under the Medlock Holts imprint. A British Army veteran and lifelong army brat, he grew up on postings around the world before studying at the University of Salford. An early retirement, forced by a back injury, returned him to a first love he had never really put down: dark fiction, the bleaker the better. He lives in Lees, near Oldham.
